We protect your customer’s confidential information by adhering to the privacy laws. We will not share a customer’s information with anyone other than parties who are involved in the transaction.
We provide constant escrow or loan processing status updates and will copy you in all email communications with principals, agents and third party vendors, as necessary. We will send you a completed mortgage loan transaction by email with dropbox link.
We are not bound by the usual 9 to 5 business hours and will provide exceptional client service towards the goal of completing your mortgage loan transaction by the specified date.
